Following the recent remarks yesterday during the ongoing 10 days NRM parliamentary Caucus retreat at the National Leadership Institute in Kyankwanzi, president Museveni commended the National Resistance Movement parliamentary Caucus members on value addition implemented by the MPs to benefit Ugandans.
However the retreat currently under the theme:”Increasing household incomes and wealth creation: The critical role of the leader.”
Meanwhile Museveni urged MPs to always prioritise key sectors in budget allocations saying once key sectors like roads and electricity are worked on the rest of the areas can also be worked on.

However the president also agreed with the legislators that in case of any issues, mostly about presidential proposals, the NRM parliamentary Caucus will sit with him and resolve matters amicably.
“ once we have an urgent issue, we call the caucus will meet, discuss and agree ,” he said.
Meanwhile president Museveni agreed with the legislators about the district roads network that each district was to receive Shs 1 billion for murram roads saying the roads will boost development.
In addition on the issue of district hospitals the president proposed that health centres lll and IV will be empowered with doctors as those facilities are the first areas for the management of various diseases and emphasized prevention methods right from the unborn babies through attendance of immunization among other treatments.
