Deadline For Kabalega Airport Handover To Government Extended Once More
The Kabalega Airport handover to the government, which was previously set for completion within a specific time frame, has been further postponed. The latest extension of the deadline aims to ensure all necessary preparations and requirements are met before the official handover.

The construction manager Mr Anurag Kalvagunta said on they have rescheduled to handover to February next year to allow for the completion of crucial remaining works such as construction of the control tower, power substation house and other critical facilities of the airport.
The Kabalega Airport, situated in the heart of the country, holds great significance for both local and international travel is expected to be Uganda’s second International airport which is still under construction in Kabaale sub county.
